SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through:

Egyptian Miracles is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

 

 

U.S SHIPPING

Egyptian Miracles delivers to all over the country.

 

We ship worldwide via secured and express Curriers (FedEx/DHL/UPS).

 

Egyptian Miracles orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). For security reasons, Egyptian Miracles will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs may vary depending on the customer's delivery location, the product and the type of shipping selected and will be calculated and shown at checkout.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

The shipment will be made within five (5) days after the order is placed.  If an order is placed on Sunday it will be shipped on Friday.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

 

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times may vary according to the customer's delivery location and will be calculated and shown at checkout.

 

DELAYS

Egyptian Miracles is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Egyptian Miracles is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

 

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

 

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Egyptian Miracles will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

 

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Egyptian Miracles recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Egyptian Miracles is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

 

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Egyptian Miracles makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
